Your Right to Opt-Out

California law grants you the right to direct businesses that “sell” or “share” your personal information to stop doing so. The CCPA defines these terms broadly to include making personal information available to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, even if no money is exchanged.

On our Site, this may include allowing third-party advertising and affiliate networks to collect information about your browsing activity via cookies to serve you targeted ads.

How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

You can exercise your right to opt-out in two ways:

  1. Through Our Website (Recommended)
Use the cookie consent banner or preference center on our site to signal your choice.
    • When you first visit, click “Settings” in the cookie banner.
    • Disable the toggle for “Marketing” or “Advertising” cookies.
    • This will set a preference in your browser to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your data for targeted advertising.
  2. Using the Global Privacy Control (GPC)
You can use a browser extension or setting that broadcasts the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If we detect a valid GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as a formal request to opt-out. Learn more about GPC at globalprivacycontrol.org.

What Happens After You Opt-Out?

When you opt-out, we will configure our systems to stop sharing your online identifiers (like cookie data) with our third-party advertising and affiliate partners for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising.

Please note:

  • Opting out is specific to the browser and device you use. You will need to repeat the process on different browsers or devices.
  • You may still see general advertisements that are not based on your personal interests.
  • Opting out will not affect your ability to use our Site.

Authorized Agents

California residents may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on their behalf. To do so, the agent must provide written proof of their authorization and verify their own identity. Contact us at the email below for instructions.
